The Colonial Clydesdales promotional team have extensive experience in working with various organisations, business and sponsors assisting them to promote their company and products.

Special Events and Celebrations
Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, hen’s parties, school balls, Christmas, Halloween or Easter celebrations. If you can think of an occasion to celebrate then we have a service and a style of carriage to match!
From birthday rides at a children’s party to a relaxing family event celebrating a milestone such as a 50th wedding anniversary or birthday, we can help give that special touch to help make your celebrations memorable.
We are also very good at keeping secrets and can help you organise a surprise appearance at your celebration or a special surprise for your friends and family.
All of our carriages and wagons can be decorated on request, to your choice of theme, colours and decorations (this service may occur additional charges) and the driver and footmen can wear costumes for themed events.
We have dreamy, intimate carriages suitable for a romantic tour, picnic or proposal that will create a lasting memory of your special day.
Corporate Functions
For your next corporate function, we can provide a distinctive way to thank and entertain your clients.
We can organise a tour or rides of varying lengths in locations throughout Western Australia. Alternatively, we can attend your Christmas party or other work celebration to form a distinctive part of the festivities.

Fundraising
Sourcing different fundraising ideas is always a challenge however the popularity of the Clydesdales provide a well liked and different method of fundraising for your charity, school or community group. We have various ways that we can provide wagon rides at your fundraising event which enable proceeds to be contributed towards your fundraising efforts.
If you don’t have room at your location for the wagon rides, then an alternative is to have the Clydesdales for a pat, cuddle and photos. We welcome your group to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Parades
The Colonial Clydesdales have participated in many parades in both rural and suburban locations, their presence helps to bring that wow factor to any parade. Many hours of training goes into preparing the Clydesdales for the sights and sounds of public parades to ensure that the horses are safe and accustomed to the experience.
We also have in place strict safety procedures regarding our participation that help to ensure the event runs smoothly.
We have participated in many parades which often involve promoting a sponsor or business and our range of carriages and wagons can be branded or signed. There is also safe, comfortable seating available on many of the carriages for passengers partaking in the parade.
School and Aged Care Visits
We love our Clydesdales and feel very lucky that they are part of our lives. We also love to share this joy with others and we are delighted to be able to bring the Clydesdales to schools, retirement homes and aged care facilities. Alternatively, our farm in Esperance is available for groups to come and enjoy farm visits
The Clydesdales just love to share a carrot and pat. The interaction with the Clydesdales has a positive effect on people. Many children today have limited interaction with pets and animals, a cuddle with a Clydesdale brings a whole new experience and understanding to them. Together with our informative presentation on the history and role of the Clydesdales in the development of Australia this opportunity is a great educational experience.
People residing in retirement homes or aged care facilities get great joy and comfort from a visit from the Clydesdales, our visits are always very popular and provide the residents with an activity to look forward to. Many aged people have memories of working with Clydesdales and it is a great chance for them to reminisce about their memories. We can organise either wagon rides for those that are able to participate, or can bring our friendly Clydesdales along for a pat and carrots.
Photo shoots film/TV and Static Hire
We are proud to be able to provide our Clydesdales for photo shoots, film and TV. Either as a led horse, ridden or in harness, our quiet Clydesdales are well trained and will stand and be patient to pose for endless photos and re takes. Together with our large choice of carriages and wagons, there is a combination to suit your project.
We are able to supply many different style of harness, carriages, wagons and horse drawn farm machinery for use as display props, in photo shoots or for films and commercials. Used as display props our carriages bring a great ambience to weddings, celebrations, balls, corporate or seasonal events such as Christmas. We have a choice of over fifteen different horse drawn vehicles and farm equipment with something to suit most projects.
