Therefore, if we have not operated in your chosen event location before we would prefer to assess the site prior to the event (there may be an additional surcharge for this service). This is to ensure that access, parking, the travel route and photo locations are suitable and so that we don't disappoint you on the day should the location not be suitable. Some locations may not be suitable for the operation of horse drawn carriage services, and we may not be able to operate our services in your chosen location.
