We appreciate your interest in our team and for sharing our passion for the magnificent Clydesdales.

Your support certainly helps us to maintain our dream of

Outlined below are the terms and conditions associated with the Colonial Clydesdales Photo Competition 2019. If you have any questions regarding the competition, please get in touch with Emma -emma@colonialclydesdales.com

HOW TO ENTER

1. Take your best photo of the Colonial Clydesdales at an event between March & the end of September 2019

2. Upload your photo to the Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages Facebook page, under the pinned post - Photo Competition 2019 with the #colonialclydesdales & the # of the event name

3. Share the photo publicly to your personal page with the same hashtags as above

4. The photo with the most likes on the Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages Facebook page on the 30/9/19 is the winner

• The promoter is Windswept Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Colonial Clydesdales. PO Box 2314, Esperance, WA, 6450

• Entries open on the 1st March 2019 & close on the 30th September 2019.

• The instructions & information on ‘How to Enter’, form part of the Conditions of Entry.To be eligible photos must be uploaded to the Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages Facebook page, under the pinned post - titled Photo Competition 2019.

• The competition winner will be the photo with the most Facebook likes on the pinned post, as above, on 30th September 2019 at 6pm AWST.

• In the event of there being a draw, for example two or more photos with the same number of likes, then the winner will be chosen by Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages.

• Any photos entered must be your own photo.

• Photos are to be of an amateur nature, and the competition is not open to professional photographers.Entry is only open to residents of Australia.

• Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

• By entering this competition, you give Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages permission to use the photo in their promotions, including but not limited to Facebook, website, Instagram and print media.

• We will give you credit for your photo whenever possible.

• By entering the promotion, entrants accept these Conditions of Entry.

• There is no monetary payment, donations or in kind payment of any sort made by Colonial Clydesdale & Carriages to you when you enter the competition. Any costs associated with entrants taking and submitting the photo and entering the competition are the responsibility of the entrant. 

• All Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages employees and immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes partner/spouse, grandparents, parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, children, step-children, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, first cousins and grandchildren.

• Colonial Clydesdales will provide only the first prize as follows and are not liable for any associated costs or travel costs arising from the prize. Prizes are not transferable.                 

  - $150 in cash prize in Australian dollars, which will be transferred to the winners bank account at the conclusion of the competition and upon the winner supplying their bank account details to Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages.                 

  - 2 nights accommodation (for two people), at Windswept Farm Stay, Esperance, WA. The two nights accommodation is subject to availability & can not be used during peak periods, such as school holidays, Easter, Christmas period ( 15th of December -31st of January) & public holiday weekends. The accommodation prize expires on 31st July 2020. It may be used as part of a longer booking.

• In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right (subject to reference to all relevant state and territory regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

• Any cost associated with accessing the Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages Facebook page or website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

• To the extent permitted by law, Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages and Windswept Holdings Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion.

• If any photos are entered that do not meet the terms & conditions of the competition and the ‘How to Enter’ instructions then Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages reserves the right to remove these from Facebook & the competition.

• The winners will be announced on the Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages Facebook page.If there is any suspicious activity used to win the competition such as using fake/spammed/proxy votes or likes then your entry from the competition will be removed without warning.

• In the case of any disputes, Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages reserve the right to disqualify any entry from the contest. All decisions made by Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages are final in all aspects relating to the competition and no discussion will be entered into.

• Any personal information that you supply to Colonial Clydesdales & Carriages , is for the purpose of entering this promotion and the allocation of prizes and may be used by us for future marketing purposes. Your personal details will not be disclosed to any third party organisations. We may be in touch via email or Facebook in the future to advertise promotions. If you do not wish us to contact you by these means, or if you wish to access, correct or update your information please email emma@colonialclydesdales.com
